• NS-L6-compatible — system interoperates with the responsibility boundaries.
• NS-L6-inspired — conceptual influence is present without a compliance claim.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Do not claim compliance without meeting all normative requirements.
• Do not brand non-conforming work as “NS-L6”.
• Do not use NS-L6 marks to imply endorsement, certification, or governance authority.
