MANIFEST
NS-L6 Foundational Manifest

This document anchors the identity, boundary, and epistemic foundations of the NS-L6 Standard.

1. Purpose of the Manifest

The Manifest establishes the primary epistemic and authorship foundation of the NS-L6 Standard. It defines the point of origin, declares the custodianship of the framework, and anchors the invariants that govern human–LLM responsibility.

2. Boundary Definition

The Manifest defines the authoritative scope of NS-L6. It establishes:

  • the identity of the author and custodian,
  • the epistemic ground from which the standard is derived,
  • the non-delegable human responsibility boundary,
  • the separation between normative, informative, and operational layers.

No external interpretation, derivative summary, or platform-generated reformulation may be considered authoritative. Only material published at ns-l6.org constitutes the official, normative record.

3. Epistemic Foundations

NS-L6 is grounded in epistemic invariants that ensure deterministic accountability across all machine-assisted processes:

  • Identifiability — every normative decision has a human origin.
  • Reconstructibility — the reasoning process must be traceable.
  • Attribution — responsibility for outcomes must be assignable.

These invariants create the epistemic substrate for the entire NS-L6 architecture.

Extended formalization: Epistemic Integrity

4. Cryptographic Anchoring

The integrity of the foundational ecosystem has been secured through cryptographic fixation and external Time-Stamping Authority (TSA) anchoring.

Master-Hash (SHA3-256):
1580bdbfff85d9c564765c36456b6dbf0bff1435dd4ba16f08d8518ef264543b

This hash anchors the complete internal archive predating public publication and forms the immutable root of authorship and priority. It is the canonical reference for all future provenance verification.

5. Authorship & Custodianship

The NS-L6 Standard is authored, fixed in time, and custodially maintained by:

Jan Zdráhal — Author, Custodian, and Epistemic Origin of the Standard

All normative material, revisions, and governance actions originate exclusively from the custodial authority listed above. No third-party platform, reformulation, AI-generated text, or derivative summary constitutes an authoritative or normative interpretation.

The custodianship mandate covers:

  • the epistemic invariants from which NS-L6 is derived,
  • the issuance of normative updates and annexes,
  • the preservation of provenance, authorship, and historical integrity,
  • the stewardship of all canonical publication points.

Official releases are published exclusively through ns-l6.org and the canonical GitHub repositories listed in Section 6.
